Cancer, medically known as malignant neoplasm, refers to broad

It is commonly seen in areas of North America, South America and Caribbean and known to as by graviola, paw-paw, guanabana. Which is commonly known as soursop. Each part of the plant like leaves, stem, bark, seeds and fruits are used as anti cancer agent or as a cytotoxic agent. Leaves extract of annona muricata has proved to be used in breast cancer. Now a days doctors prescribe annona muricata fruit for various cancer especially prostrate cancer. Seeds have insecticidal action as well as cytotoxic action. It is not only know for its cytotoxic activity but also for anti malarial, anti spasmodic, anti bacterial, anti amoebic, anti fungal, anti hypertensive, anti hyperglycemic and insecticidal action. It is also effective in Adriamycin resistant tumour.
For cancer patients adjuvant therapy with soursop fruit juice is most effective.

ReplyDeleteActually this is a wrong information that Anona muricata has anti cancerous effect. No proven medical records for this..And also Anona contains a neurotoxin called as anonacin which can damage your brain cells and can cause Parkinson's disease
